When a bright light leaves

Its sad when a bright light enters your life,

and then suddenly disappears.

Especially when it was one of the brightest lights

you have seen in years.

The saddness I feel isn't the leaving

its that I never got to see how bright it really was.

I wish that bright light well on her journey through life,

and wish all the best that life can bring,

My sadness will leave as it always does,

it just takes some time,

but in your case I hope you might reappear,

and bring that light back once more.

Because light like that doesnt come so often
